After the chunks are out (Miami Dade Sewer Authority) pumps it down deep below South Florida where we can't see it. They have no idea where it goes, all they know is that we can't smell it any more, and they don't have to treat is as much as they used to.
As long as the stuff is out of our county we (Miami Dade Sewer Authority) feel better. There are some anti sanitation people out there who are trying to prove that we are the reason the Reefs are dying. We drilled 900 feet down to the boulder zone and then injected it into the water there. We know that the water flows North to South in the zone, so it goes away from us (right to the reefs).
