IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE
LAWSUIT AGAINST OCEAN REEF COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION,
HOW TO JOIN
WHO IS ELIGIBLE
CASE #CAP-00-527
Any property owner of Ocean Reef or a
member of O.R.C.A. may join even if you have paid the special
assessment. The action taken against the Ocean Reef Community
alleges an unfair politically motivated assessment with regards to
the Homestead Air Base conversion, without a vote from the community
and in spite of large opposition. Additionally, it alleges O.R.C.A.
has improperly created a sub-standard class of membership for
interior homes and condominium owners.
